Contact our customer support with your order ID and issue details
Once the request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Product Inspection & Approval
Returned products are subject to quality inspection
Approval is based on the condition of the product and compliance with this policy
Onedercart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy criteria
5. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may be replaced with the same item
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed
Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on availability and location
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection and approval
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time:
Online payments: 5–10 business days
UPI / Wallets / Cards: As per bank processing timelines
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Onedercart.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
Cancellation refunds follow the same processing timeline as returns
8. Warranty-Based Products
Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be claimed directly with the brand/service center
Onedercart may assist in providing warranty information but does not handle warranty repairs
9. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for eligible products and subject to availability
Exchange requests must comply with the same conditions as returns
10. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:
Do not accept the delivery, or
Take clear photos/videos and report immediately to our support team
Failure to report such issues at delivery may result in rejection of the claim.
