  2. Contact our customer support with your order ID and issue details

Once the request is approved, return instructions will be provided.


4. Product Inspection & Approval

  • Returned products are subject to quality inspection

  • Approval is based on the condition of the product and compliance with this policy

  • Onedercart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy criteria


5. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products may be replaced with the same item

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed

  • Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on availability and location


6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection and approval

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time:

    • Online payments: 5–10 business days

    • UPI / Wallets / Cards: As per bank processing timelines

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Onedercart.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

  • Cancellation refunds follow the same processing timeline as returns


8. Warranty-Based Products

  • Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be claimed directly with the brand/service center

  • Onedercart may assist in providing warranty information but does not handle warranty repairs


9. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for eligible products and subject to availability

  • Exchange requests must comply with the same conditions as returns


10. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the delivery, or

  • Take clear photos/videos and report immediately to our support team

Failure to report such issues at delivery may result in rejection of the claim.
